I like Biggs, he's at least rational in his thought process and what he speaks about. Most of the Chicago media and fans are gonna crap on anything Ryan Poles/McCaskey's/Warren say and do. Maybe rightfully so but at least Biggs is calm and not always negative.

@@skipjohnson7255 I get it but after years of having issues in the organization I personally get numb to the McCaskey's. I'll never effect their ownership, they're not going anywhere. So the McCaskey's are what they are.
Besides we all knew the team was garbage this year after about week 8 so I stopped getting worked up about the Bears losses and their coaching staff and GM.
At this point the past is the past from a coaching perspective, and now its look to the future and try and be positive even though its almost impossible to be positive seeing as I've been a Chicago sports fan for freaking ever at this point.

Anyone that makes sense to rational people will never be hired by by the organization that is right down there with Reinsdorf when it comes to ineptitude. I honestly don’t even know why I even care any more. The McCaskeys obviously don’t care enough to figure out why they keep failing when it’s painfully obvious to the rest of the world. It’s impossible to pick the right person to do a job when u have no one in ur organization capable of asking the right questions of the candidates when u interview them including your designated “football people”. Poles approved the hiring of both Eberflus and Waldron, so why would u give him another chance to do something he’s proven he’s incapable of?

Kafka isnt a good candidate simply because hes never been a head coach and hasnt developed a young QB, that is what the Bears need, they did with Justin Fields and they did it with Caleb Williams. Thats the problem i dont care if you interview well, i want to know if you can coach, if you can develop, have you done it before and if not like Ben Johnson you have to experience with being a playcaller, and specifically shaping your offense to the team's talent, and at the very least be a leader who can command the room and get the men to follow you

This is what the bears do. They overcorrect from previous mistakes. “You guys complained when we interviewed 5? Well here’s 16”

@ Look at the 127-year history of the Iowa State football program. 2024 is the first year in its entire history that it's had a double-digit wins season. And in its entire history, ISU has only finished in the Top 25 five times, and Matt Campbell was the head coach of three of them. What he's done at Iowa State is historical. If half the nfl wanted him he would of been an nfl hc already.
Most probably wanted him as a coordinator 1st
Or seen him coach at a marquee college school 1st.
