Erin, you would never believe how often I listen to all three (now four!) of your Chiropractor videos, either just around the house or more often at work. (I was listening to them there yesterday, in fact).
Something about that particular setting, and your performance of the soothing and non-stressful office visit (and those awesome cracking sounds) just make them immensely good at blocking my frequent bouts of anxiety, especially in the stress of my work environment.
I would never go visit an office like this in real life, but I'll happily visit your version of it as many times as I'm able.

There is a level of immersion in this video that is amazing like no other ASMR video I’ve encountered, especially when she does those gestures starting a little bit into the video, after the initial survey. Seriously, it’s insane.

Unfortunately, getting your neck snapped is a real risk when going to one of the non-ASMR chiropractors. These snake-oil salesmen routinely gamble with the risk of paralysis or death when they manipulate the neck. The worst of the worst are those who do this to babies or toddlers.
ASMR chiropractic treatments are the only safe variant.

One method ive found that somewhat works is actually similar to the paradigm of antibiotic treatment. You're going to have to vary the types of ASMR you watch but not all at once. Basically, you should listen to a category of ASMR, then maybe every few weeks to few months you should switch it up. This will make sure your brain doesn't get desensitized to all the different stimuli at once. Similarly, you should switch up between straight listening and actively watching ASMR mostly to prevent your brain from being desensitized to the visual triggers.

The layered fabric/massage sounds are so tingly and specifically the cracking sounds you add are just on another level compared to all the other different asmrtists I’ve watched. I actually crack my ears on a regular basis (no joke). Saw a chiropractor on yt do it once and thought it was funny, so I tried it. was very surprised when I actually heard a crack. Now I'm addicted, it feels so nice.I think a lot of people could crack their ears but simply never tried.
