I were punched , knee, and kicked to my abs. For the first time is truly pain for me but I always attempt hardly for abs of steel such as sit-up, leg raise and so on. So I can bare any pain when my abs was punched. Abs of mine is diamond and very strong now. Sometimes my abs got repeatedly the man’s knee about 10 times I completely feel pain with abs. But I have never been knockout when I were forced to my stomach.
