Angels above brought me this video to watch. My mother died in February, and I too have been figuring out the path of grief and am finally giving myself permission to do so. I was blessed to have been able to stop my world and advocate for her care for the three months she was in the hospital and for the four months she lived with us. I have never seen Paolo before but I have been a great admirer of Ms. Bertinelli since One Day at a Time. Paolo great job! I am a new subscriber now.
I can't tell you how much I enjoyed watching this interview. The conversation flowed so easily. Valerie's experiences and wisdom is so refreshing. She is so relatable. I admire how she did the hard work and came out on the other side. Grateful this video came up in my feeds. I really think this needs more views and comments. Good to see Valerie still out there ya liking to people. Because it’s not just eating to make yourself happy. It’s more how to overcome your fears and depression. Very inspirational lady. Very nice too. She’s a joy in person.❤
What a fantastic interview! I too lost my joy for a period of my life and quit doing the things that made me happy. I had no idea how depressed I was until I pushed myself to start making art again, exploring my creative side, 10 years later. I love that she’s talking about this because so many people go through the same thing, rich or poor, famous or not. Great interview and as always, you gave her some beautiful gifts!
