Could you please help me? What county are you in? In my country watchmaker told me that Swatch Watches do not open.
Hi! swatch watched indeed can be opened. So the top bezel is lazer fit on to the crystal. So go at it with a wedge tool til you remove the bezel, then try and pry around the corners of the crystal to remove it, once done, the entire movement will fall out of the case. Hope this helps!
