My parents always told me it was okay to cry whenever but everytime I do someone laughs or calls me a crybaby so that why I only cry when I'm alone. For people who can relate just know your never alone. There are many things you can do to help. I like to listen to music, draw, do my makeup, Asmr Just know your never alone :)
