Oh this game hurt to watch as a Texas fan
I remembered hearing this game on the radio and seeing it the first time here is uttering insane game.
That 5 second call at the end of the game changed the outcome. Lots of times the officials are lenient with calling that foul but that was around 4.5 seconds. Terrible call.
you can watch that game on the ncaa website in their vault. i think they show the sweet sixteen and up games but i can't remember how far back it goes.

In the first half, Williams had 25 of Arizona’s 38 points. In the second half it was the rest of the team that added to Williams’ only seven points.

Also, Arizona once again got screwed on the scheduling and had to play Texas in what should have basically been a home game for them in Tulsa

Just watching the first half as an Arizona fan and I’m crying foul, foul, foul. Funny how those calls seem to balance out in the end.
Oh I see what your saying now. Context is everything as they say. But I don’t agree those were good no calls. Now the 5 second inbounding the ball call was bogus. It was barely 4 seconds, barely. We got to go on and beat Duke and then we all know what happened the next game. At least if your an Arizona fan you do.
