Judy, I think if you had a rotating makeup organizer for your skincare it would help clear up a lot of space on your table for you. I have one, and it is so great to have. I got mine on Amazon.
I think it'd be helpful to just get a dresser/set of drawers cause with the trolley and vanity top there's just a tonne of stuff outside. Or maybe move that chest of drawers you have for your collection next to your desk to put most of that stuff you use on a daily basis in the drawers that would be reachable from a position of you sitting down at the desk. I think that'd be doable now you emptied up some of the drawers. Or maybe it's just me I hate visual clutter. The only stuff I keep outside is my brushes and perfume, everything else goes into my drawers.
You can rehydrate Jelly Much shadows with water! They are water based and if you just add a couple drops at a time, it should work! I received a dry Jelly Much in the mail but after adding water it was good as new!

so that your top drawer doesn't get too overfilled, you could sort of do a "check-in" every ~3 months, maybe at the start of every season -- kind of like kelly's shop your stash series/weekly basket rotation, but just with top drawer products and for your cp pretty fresh concealers that are too deep to give to anyone you know, if they're unopened, you could maybe include them as part of a fan giveaway? like people could comment their shade, and then you randomly select one person for the shade

I didn’t declutter any makeup yet because I just recently got into makeup and everything I got is new or products I received from family that works fine, but I just reorganized my makeup and its just so satisfying to open my drawer and see it all neat in one corner !! I have a small collection of makeup! :))

Absolutely love declutter videos! Laura Mercier isn't cruelty free btw. They are in the grey area right now, which is very unfortunate. Hopefully, in the future they will be.
