They actually made his Effects very good as well. I'm surprised at how good they made this Luffy. Hopefully, they actually start updating other f2p units as well.
Seriously, if they started releasing 5+ versions of the old raids/colos/arenas, they would have so much content for minimal work. They could release two a month and it would still take years to catch up

It's just the regular PSY F2P Luffy that everyone got for free a while ago. If you complete the tutorial in the new mode, they'll give you a couple extra copies and materials to evolve it to 6+, which is what you see in the video. Like Stump said, it's probably better not to use posters to max LLB yet. You can just LLB him later on if needed for some specific content if that comes up. LLB posters are a limited resource and there's always a possibility they'll give us more free copies of the unit in future. It's probably worth it to regular LB him and max his hunger resistance, tho.
