We can forget him but the father can't. He is murderer and hes old enough to take responsibility for his actions. Even if it wasnt intentional, he still knew the consequences of illegally street racing. If I was illegally street racing (which i would never do,) my main concern would be hitting someone. He knew damn well he might hit someone, but he went on with it anyway. 24 years is enough to ensure he never does this again, because one life was ended, one didnt get to start theirs, and one was ruined.
