She looks so different on you than in other videos - more fluffed-up. If I bought that wig, that's the look I would want, but I wonder if I could get mine to look like that? Patti, what magic did you work on this girl??

Hello! Patti's secret to volume and movement in her wigs is to "shake the tar out of it!" Simple hold the wig at the nape (never on the lace front or monofilament areas), and shake firmly yet gently to release the fibers from being flat to the scalp. Also, don't be afraid to get your hands in it and get it messy before you style it. Keep in mind that you must decide to keep your wig BEFORE shaking it or styling it. Once you shake it out or do anything else to it besides trying it on, it becomes NON-returnable. ❤
