    There are a few top BBs who give valuable scientific and realworld information..but Pakulskis insight and knowledge is way superior to all others! the answers he gives and the questions he proposes really are progressing the world of muscle building .

      While doing only eccentric movement is not practical but if one works our with a partner could it be the best way for hypertrophy? So for example if usually you do 3x8 what if all reps were eccentric only? Since volume due to the weight used would be higher it should theoretically be the best approach. Has anyone ever tried this?

    Hi, I have a question... if protein synthesis is increased 24 hours after training, do you recommend hitting the same muscle group two days in a row??

    • @tamimhusain3376
      @tamimhusain3376 4 года назад

      Probably not good especially if you go hard. Overtraining and all. That point of the 24 hours elevated protein synthesis should be taken more from a nutritional point of view. Getting your protein shake in postworkout. Getting great quality meals in those times (aswell as outside of it)

    Only the Pac-Man really knows for sure, but I get the impression he doesn’t rate Brads study methods-or thinks there’s room for improvement.

    I don't believe there is any benefit with that anabolic window after you train as long as you don't train while fasted. We have food in out stomach when we train if we normally eat a hour before we train. good work on this podcast bruh i been binge watching all of them.

    is brad saying the size of the effect matters even though the effect didn't reach statistical significance? I've never seen that before. seems misleading
