idr whose POV i was watching but i definitely heard one of the refs whistle and call out a “runner” during the egg walk portion and 100 thieves were the only ones to get the penalty. not that it really matters since they still went into the finale in the lead lol it also made for more interesting content anyway since it meant there was more movement in the rankings for 2-4!

Lud's Streamer Games was so much fun. I watched the entirety of it over the weekend so kudos to him and his team. But if he's going to do it next year there HAS TO BE an award or recognition to the top teams PRIOR to the finale. Think of it as a Regular Season MVP award. Better yet, Medals for each event placer then do the overall on the finale. I'm not exactly a 100T fan but you guys stole my heart specially Nicewigg and I found myself cheering for you all to win the entire thing and ended up being sad that you didn't place after all that struggle. Shoutout to RAE. I've been saying all throughout the event that she is lowkey carrying the squad. And respect to Nicewigg. Incredible.

It's honestly devastating how they worked so hard for the past two days to have a crazy advantage just to fall short in the finale. I also don't think that the pentathlon was the best indicator of who the overall champion is. Regardless, I'm still so proud of the team!!!!

There are a number of things that even Lud knows should change if they can do this again. Play testing would have shown some of the weaknesses: the 1m race and bucket challenge needed adjustment, the point reset was a bit too much.
I think they modeled it after a sport such as football. Some teams can have a great regular season, but then choke during the playoffs. Also, it makes it a bit more exciting. If there was no point reset, I'm pretty sure 100T could have just went home after the first day and still won overall.
Nicewig getting injured earlier was unfortunate. I get his wanting to be in the final game (pentathlon + his competitive nature) but we will never know how JHB would of done.
very typical a ludwig event where a "winner takes all" event happens at the end, kinda happened in his "greatest gamer" event as well, a bunch of events that means little compared to the last event. i think ludwig needs to reevaluate his points system and snitch like event at the end.
Great event overall with a few challenges that need to be taken out if they are to do this yearly which i hope is the case. Also yeah 100t got robbed because they were dominant all weekend and 1 bad challenge at the end cancels everything they did.
they did great. if they made the first bag they probably would have won in under a minute. they should have given a break to all the teams to get food, water, and chill for a little before doing this. 100T winners in my book!

The main reason 100T lost was because nicewigg just did so bad at cornhole and that going 2nd (Red Bull) is almost the same as going last, making the difference between getting first and third in the main event minimal.

100T should’ve won purely based on the fact most sports give the championship title to the people who won the most. 100t came in first for every event except the very last one. That’s 90%. Compared to the others who weren’t consistent? In a baseball tournament it’s all the teams who have won 1st place most often and the team who wins the most gets 1st place. 2 of those 4 teams should’ve been eliminated or set into 3rd and 4th while the top 2 duke it out. I mean you wouldn’t put a football team who’s won 9/10 games against a team who’s won 1/10 and call it an equal championship.
i wouldnt say lud event was rigged but its definitely dumb to make 4 ppl participate in finals and one of them goes home with nothing. like bruh in any team sports, if u are qualfied for finals, no matter how bad is your performance, u get awarded.

Nah, the running penalty wasn't on Rae. It was actually the relay between Ball and Hat. Hat was running in advance. RAE DID WELL!
