There is the part of this desert where the land is covered by black stones.those parts are where the temperature reaches 70. And the hot ground will break the tires,so don't try it.

Is it OK to sleep in the car while the engine is running and AC?
NEVER ! You will destroy the engine in those temperatures and it is also dangerous for eventual exhaust fumes entering the cabin
