Thankfully you aren’t awake during the intense surgery and you just see a cast over the nose. And the drugs they send you home with keep you comfortable!!
Wow this is one of the best plastic surgeries I've seen! Omg, he was so kind and the way he treated his patient was so good. He is also so talented, definately a great doctor. Watching people getting confidence out of this makes me happy. Me personally I would never do a nose job. Not because mine is "good", but because I was born with this nose and I feel like if I change it I won't look like myself. I used to be a little unhappy about my nose (just a little) but then I realized it's not a big deal. We see things in ourselves in a certain negative way but others just see it as "normal" or "pretty". I feel good with my nose, because it is the nose God gave me and it is part of who I am. :D
I admire they way he comforts his patients. I stan for doctors who make it thier business to make patients feel comfortable by telling them everything.
Random observation: Anyone else notice that a lot of plastic surgeons (incl. many mid-high profile ones) have larger snouts and/or otherwise imbalanced facial features? Given that they spend their careers focused on asthetic: being aware of face/body proportions and other nuances in order to produce the most flattering results for their patients, it's somewhat surprising they don't seem to get fixated on their own attributes.
that's because they don't give a fuck about superficial bullshit, and take advantage of the dumb people who do, by making them pay huge amounts of money for procedures like this.

i'm 18 years old and i've been very insecure and upset with my nose since i was about 10 and hit puberty, which made me start noticing my features more. i realized that my nose is very large compared to all of the other features on my face. i look very disproportionate and this has caused me to have extremely low self esteem and depression for years. i want a cute little nose that will match my face better and make me look more feminine (because i got my nose from my father. he has the same big, bulbous nose) i hope to get my surgery done within the next few years. i'll be saving up every cent that i can until then!

I’m really planning to get my nose done because i’m so insecure about it. i’ve never been under the knife before wether it was for a broken bone or something serious... NEVER ! and thinking about it makes me super scared but you seem really nice and I would totally trust you ! this made me feel so much better about going to get my nose done !

this doctor seems really good, he made sure she was comfortable and eased her nervousness by playing her favorite music, joking to keep the mood light before her surgery and telling her what he was going to do and what to expect when he took off the bandages. idk he just seems like a nice guy and she appeared to like her nose a lot

Had a consultation a few years ago but never went through with the surgery. I would still want one but just became less of a priority at that time and only have a slightly deviated septum. I can breath fine but I do have minor sinus discomforts and a bump I would like to get rid of. If/when I decide to revisit the idea, would definitely go with this doctor. He was really nice and his office staff were really nice. Did not feel pressured at all, just provided a lot of information.
don't worry about it. i had surgery 2 years ago and i had general anesthesia and i was scared of it too but it ended up being the best part of the experience. it's like being really tired and falling asleep right away, no pain whatsoever. When you wake up you might be sleepy, but after a while you will realise that it was like a very good sleep. it's just good
That was the worst part when I had mine done. I'll never forget the nurse put her hands on my shoulders like to hold me down and I was like woah, is this gonna hurt? It did but this was 2005 and they were gauzey tampon things not that nice looking silicone stuff she had. Glad nose jobs have gotten less painful. But still best decision I ever made.
Nasal cavity in reality is actually pretty big, outside what we see is only a small part called vestibule. Because obviously nose has alot more functions than aesthetics.

I can see what was happening to me:-)before i was afraid to watch. But i was lucky, because Dr. at Forme clinic in Prague did explained everything so nicely to me as well and i remember how supportive it was. It is great to have someone who really cares about his patients. So I´am happy i had one. My nose looks good, i know i had to suffer a little bit, but i have my confidence and nice nose, that is all i wanted.

Clorox bleach Don't be. it really doesn't hurt much at all. what hurts most, is after the bandage comes off, and your nose will be a bit tender for a week or so.. there is this pinched feeling... but it's so worth it, as long as you do your research on Doctors!
I had an open nose surgery, and some doctors don't use the packing, at least, if they don't have to, which mine didn't. It's all worth it in the end. A consult would answer all your questions
I really want to have a breast reduction and lift after having 2 kids and being larger I think this would solve so many problems and back and neck pain I struggle with. I would love to see a video on this to feel more comfortable to take that step. Please consider making a video on this!
Actually for me: I went to dr Dhir and I was"t satisfied with the result at all, my nose didn't end up in the form that he showed it to me. So I had to search for other doctors and clinics and after asking locals and seeing internet reviews I went to Natural Hair Turkey in Istanbul turkey and got an incredible result. Doctors at Natural Hair Turkey changed my nose also life quality. I feel so lucky to be their patient! Strongly recommended.
That very thought always worried me and forced me to rethink of ever considering a rhinoplasty. But I noticed in this video that they inserted some liquid up her nose before surgery to protect her from such types of foreseeable "accidents".
Recently having a rhinoplasty, basically you barely sneeze because nothing really enters your nose to cause a sneeze. If you do, then you just sneeze with your mouth hanging open which eliminates basically all of the pressure in the nose.
Jojo Jo exactly that happened to me!! I got up to get my clothes with the doctor's help and I felt like sneezing so I started freaking out. I just sneezed through my mouth, kind of like a cough

I feel so bad for people who have big noses. Mine has always been super small with a perfect point. Watching this makes me feel so blessed. If I had a nose like that I'd definitely get surgery. Worth every penny.

I had to get a rhinoplasty after a bad car wreck a year ago too, the warm blanket is actually necessary as when your under anesthesia your body can’t regulate its temperature as well. He is a very kind doctor though!
5 thousand if you get it done in London who are very known too, it's normally just above 5 thousand. That's the minimum you should spend they say and nothing less like 2 grand on it etc as those surgeons are probably not so qualified
Is it true that there will be difficulty in breathing after 5 to 10 years of rhinoplasty 2---Speeder grafts that are made up of nasal cartilage will dissolve or move from place to place after a few years. 3-- can we massage the nose like before after 5 months? 4-- On massaging the nose, the speeder graft has the possibility that it will move somewhere and we will start having trouble in breathing.

I had an open nose surgery, and some doctors don't use the packing, at least, if they don't have to, which mine didn't. It's all worth it in the end. A consult would answer all your questions

Actually for me: I went to dr Dhir and I was"t satisfied with the result at all, my nose didn't end up in the form that he showed it to me.

I wonder what would happen if someone who got a nose job sneezed really, really hard shortly after the rhinoplasty.
That very thought always worried me and forced me to rethink of ever considering a rhinoplasty.
But I noticed in this video that they inserted some liquid up her nose before surgery to protect her from such types of foreseeable "accidents".
Recently having a rhinoplasty, basically you barely sneeze because nothing really enters your nose to cause a sneeze. If you do, then you just sneeze with your mouth hanging open which eliminates basically all of the pressure in the nose.
Jojo Jo exactly that happened to me!! I got up to get my clothes with the doctor's help and I felt like sneezing so I started freaking out. I just sneezed through my mouth, kind of like a cough

How much does price start for rhinoplasty with him !!!! I’ve looked at so many drs and none has compared or had and that I felt like was for me . But his work is amazing!!! I don’t think I could choose another dr even if I wanted!!
I feel so bad for people who have big noses. Mine has always been super small with a perfect point. Watching this makes me feel so blessed. If I had a nose like that I'd definitely get surgery. Worth every penny.

I had to get a rhinoplasty after a bad car wreck a year ago too, the warm blanket is actually necessary as when your under anesthesia your body can’t regulate its temperature as well. He is a very kind doctor though!

5 thousand if you get it done in London who are very known too, it's normally just above 5 thousand. That's the minimum you should spend they say and nothing less like 2 grand on it etc as those surgeons are probably not so qualified
