Look who I found inside Nairobi's Eastleigh- The little Mogadishu. me and Uba @utheblueprint youtube channel plan to visit EastLeigh.
Eastleigh is the largest Somali community in Kenya, it's also known as The Little Mogadishua. Eastleigh is a mixed-use neighborhood in Nairobi,Kenya-it's located in the central business district
The streets are packed with people it's a hustle and bustle neighborhood with food vendors and a wide variety of products and businesses
after visiting Eastleigh we plan to check out a Somalian restaurants to try some authentic Somali dishes

Czech I’m a South African living in 🇬🇧 uk I always thought South Africa is the best African country and I remember watching one of your videos when you went to South Africa and you met an American guy there who said go to Kenya 🇰🇪 you won’t regret it seems like u took his advise and I can see you back in Kenya must be lovely personally I think jozi is the best if there was no crime but I’m considering visiting Kenya please do a video about your experience traveling abroad things you encountered and experience sure it will be a hit

The last I was in Eastleigh, Nairobi was a decade ago, bro. I can barely recognise the streets, damn the whole neighbourhood looking different, developed, lots of people bustling. Love watching your travel vlogs, brother!

In Kenya, when people say soup they more than likely mean gravy that goes with your starches such as rice and ugali. In very high end restaurants, soup will probably mean soup.

You are both very brave and courageous. That area even for locals is very hectic, you can easily run into someone or a car or Mkokoteni run over you. Two many people in a congested with no walk pavements all in a rush. Also, Somali gals / women are rarely seen with non-somali people so no wonder she was kind of nervous esp. you can see how she is tapping the menu at the restaurant. But overall very brave and courageous in order to show your fans that side of town which is rarely shown.👍
