    Para doon sa mga nagtatanong paano nakuha yung 3√ 3/4 horizontal distance sa member AB...
    Yung force kasi na 20kN, perpendicular sa member AB, so yung horizontal distance from A to B ang kukunin para magkaroon ng moment. Ang first step ay solve for the length of member BC by √ 3(sin30). Equal yan sa √ 3/2 Then draw a perpendicular line from point B to line AC. For example, let the point of intersection be O. Therefore, pag sinolve natin yung length ng OC at sinubtract natin sa AC, makukuha natin yung hinahanap na horizontal distance. So para makuha natin ang OC (from right triangle BOC), use (√ 3/2)cos60, which is equal to √ 3/4. Finally, (√ 3) - (√ 3/4) = 3√ 3/4

    11:11 I think force EG should be positive, since the moment is counterclockwise 🔄
    ⬆️ ⬅️ Will be positive
    🔁➡️⬇️ Will be negative
    So force EG will be in compression
    Am I right?

      Napansin ko din po nagassume Ako as positive EG so 105(8)-60(4)+EG(3)=-200 or 200 compression

      543 triangle tawag dyan para sa slope. Proportional yan if 2 sides ay given. If given kaagad na 543, then yun na ang gagamitin.

      Kapag ung force po palayo sa joint tension. Pag papunta naman sa isang joint compression po.

      Pag nakuha mong value ng isang member is POSITIVE "TENSION yun ( bale Yung direction is papalayo sa point or yung napili mong joints... Pay NEGATIVE naman yung value nya COMPRESSION yun( kabliktaran lang ng tension yung direction ng compression)😁

      if negative ung value nya, then yung direction is opposite sa inassume mong initial direction. Bale baliktarin mo lang ung direction. If negative nakuha mo sa compression, then tension dapat sya, and vice versa. Ibig sabihin lang ng negative is mali ung direction na inassume mo, baliktarin mo lang

      Itama nyo nalang ako pag mali,minultiply po ata sa area=1/2(bh),
      where,b=b/2(para makuha is centroid ng triangle which is perpendicular sa distance a=(3√3/4)).
      b=√3/2
      h=3
      a(distance)=1/2[(√3/2)(3))

      Example 2:
      1.Find the Hypotenuse
      Dahil perpendicular yung angle na nakatapat sa √3 m so 90° at sya din ang highest angle and hypotenuse. 60° naman yung nakatapat sa opposite or line AB.
      Use law of sine to get line AB/opposite:
      sin 90/√3=sin 60/o
      o=(sin 60√3)/sin 90
      o=3/2 - opposite
      2. Perform another law of sine to get the horizontal distance of B.
      -Para magawa ang law of sine gumawa ng guhit from B hanggang base, so yung new angle ng nakatapat sa line AB ay 90° so sya na yung bagong hypotenuse at yung nakatapat naman sa dating hypotenuse na √3 m ang new distance(x) ay 60° naman ay siya yung bagong opposite/adjacent.
      To get new distance (x) use law of sine:
      sin 90/h=sin 60/x
      x=(sin 60*h)/sin 90
      x=sin 60*(3/2)/sin 90
      x=(3√3/4) m or 1.3 m
      Ganito nakuha ni sir yung distance sa example number pasensya na kung medyo magulo medyo mahirap magexplain sa chat😅 madali lng sana kung sa personal.

      Yes po. AB is 3/2 m. I used the vertical projection which is ABcos30 so 3/2 x sqrt3 /4

      Hi! AB is 1/4 of 3m (vertical distance of A-H) and since kinukuha po is moment you have to multiply (1/4 of 3m) to sqrt 3 (horizontal distance from A to B)

      usually tignan molang yung length ng kada members po. example yung 3 wc is the height ng member DE, 4 naman yung length ng member EG, tpos 5 naman makukuha mo using pythagorean theorem.
