It's a song dedicated to a lady called Nontsikelelo. He says that he's coming back to her, that his only mistake was leaving her. He goes on to saying that he can't sleep at night and the only thing he thinks of is her. He says his life is not complete without her, and is giving her his hand to hold. He is basically assuring Nontsikelelo that he is coming back to her and his heart longs for her.
I tried my best explaining the song. It's a Xhosa with a mix of Zulu there and there. It's beautiful 🙂
