Story 2: Why is it that YOU have to do things to accomodate your neighbours, but when it is you who is complaining, they are not even apologizing?

Story 3: some shoppers are delusional. I recall some really nutty videos from some years ago of people banging on doors demanding to be let into a store that was closed due to a violent riot one block over. And this was not people wanting to escape violence or anything, but just nutty people yelling because they want to shop.

    STORY 1
OP mom went berserk just for 3$
While they paying 350 instead of normal 1500$ rent 💀

  • @EddBanshee
    @EddBanshee Месяц назад +9

Story #1: All this, over a measly, little, three dollar increase in rent? Or did dude misspeak, and it's really a thirty dollar increase? Which isn't really that much either. And MULTIPLE foreclosures? How irresponsible can a person be?
Story #5: I can relate. The first place that I rented was about 45 minutes to an hour away from the city that I grew up in. There were a couple times that I ran into people who said they wanted to move to where I was from. I could NOT just let them move there without letting them know how freakin' bad that city is! Especially when it comes to major, irreversible, crime!

Story 1: My crazy entitled mom
    is claiming that she’s
the rightful owner of my house
despite the fact that she and
    my dad have been renting
from me. Things have gotten so bad that i’m now
    considering evicting them
    just to finally get
    her out of my house.
    Here’s what
    happened. Okay,
    So I bought a
    small starter home
    during the housing
    market crash,
    and i did this
    completely
    by myself.
    I lived there
    for the better
    part of a decade
    before buying a
    larger home with my
    now husband. My
    parents really wanted to
    live there
    because it was small

    Story 4:
I think OP is a bit of the jerk, the situation could have been handled better knowing that you will have to live there.
OP could have left a note on the cars to ask them to no longer use the garage or even contact him for clarification knowing the hail situation.
What baffles me the most in the way OP got angrier thinking about the situation, they may need anger management, I can understand being annoyed at the situation but being steaming mad, total overreaction.
Worst way to behave when you are about to move in this new neighbourhood.
Edit: I am not saying that the neighbour was right to park there without authorisation, just that OP did overact.

@@dobiqwolf Read it AGAIN op did NOT overact at all, In fact the neighbor is the one at fault. You do NOT park in someones garage. Unless you ask and have permision to do so. This is a case for the neighbor play stupid games. Win stupid prizes.

    • @dobiqwolf
      @dobiqwolf Месяц назад +2

@@tallaster-g7s I never said the neighbour was right to park in OP's garage however, as narrated, becoming steaming mad because the neighbour parks in your currently unused garage is overacting and clearly shows sign of anger issues.
Being in the right does not excuse you from being a sensible person.
OP took the time to mention the hail warning the day prior to his find so could have handled the situation in a more civilised way; they don't know the neighbour, they could be the biggest A.hole or the nicest people, you are about to move there so it is sensible to find out first.
I would have reached the neighbour first about moving the cars, if they behaved entitled then I would have towed the cars too; but I guess that is me, I don't jump to conclusion nor takes kneejerk reactions, I prefer to evaluate a situation before acting and I don't get mad that easily unlike OP.
Anyway, I hope this clarify my thoughts for this story, have a great day.

this happened to us when we moved into an old (abandoned for years) house, the whole neighborhood was used to parking in our open garage.
we took a few days to explain to people that we are now using it again . a month in i started blocking cars in (a technique i used in my old rental - but this is step2 for the slower folks) . my day starts late , and by that time everyone knew so they turned against the person complaining.
