I haven't found this anywhere else yet, but it really feels like he's very passively announcing that he is Bi, through the use of traditionally gendered colors, and Starburst.
"I wanna be happy, like when I find a Starburst that's colored pink," talking about his attraction to women, which from his music and personal life we know is the case, and how good that feels to him.
"And then, I find myself when I like the colors in between," realizing that's not the only starburst he's rocking with. All the colors in-between, and all the people in-between, he now finds just as appealing as that pink Starburst.
"Stranger to my family, so now, I get no sleep," discussing this internal debate to tell them, or perhaps he has already told them, and they don't support it.
"My inside’s colored blue, but girl, my Range is colored green," the first part of this being how he identifies as a blue (as a man), but now his desired Starburst isn't just pink, it's a whole range of attraction... green.
Amine has a Range Rover that is literally green, so it is 100% referencing that, but I think it's a double entendre; his range of sexuality, and his Range Rover. There could also be some struggle here, and hiding this reveal inside of a song might be a first step of his. Otherwise, he's literally saying pink starbursts are the best starburst, which... not wrong... I just feel like this song is much deeper for whatever reason. This chorus would just be his ranking of starburst, saying that pink is first, and then every other color is second. BUT then he brings his family into it, why? There's something here, or his family gets real aggressive about Starburst for some reason.
Honestly this makes so much sense. I appreciate you translating this song. It may be what you're saying. But he's super private with his life so who knows. He may never decode his lyrics.
