Dude this insight into an nba workout is rare, especially parts where the player is talking about nuances. I never thought about my left foot coming back if I'm on the left side but now I'm gonna apply it to my next workout. 🔥
dude totaly. 1v1 me for 5k ill beat u
I appreciate this type of content. Thank you for sharing Dlo, may success follow you wherever you go. All glory be to God.
This was INSANE!!! Need more content like this

That shirt with your logo is 🔥
Big fan here, D'lo. I love the content, keep up the grind
He got that Dave east beat in the beginning
i wanna watch movies like this more
What is the detail behind a short workout? Is it bc you just feel off so you wanna get the touch back? Is it because he’s already worked out twice that day? What’s the science behind it
Case by case scenario sometimes may very with how a player might feel; body might be hurt or might be short on time really just depends. In this case DLo dealing with some pain
Great workout!!

Not sure what Brooklyn doing with DLo but I would love to see DLo on a playoff team maybe Rockets or Timberwolves. 💡
Spurs, Rockets and Nuggets could use him
@ Spurs have a deep guard rotation (CP3, Tre Jones, Castle and Branham). Nuggets have Murray & Westbrook as the vet backup. DLo would be out of both rotations.
@@icecoldac3 I disagree. On his limited time on the Nets, as long as he has high motor athletes around him that are going to run the floor and space out, he can be deadly. When CP3 retires pick up D’Lo. Rockets and Nuggets have athletes that run and he can play-make with the best of them. His game compliments guys like Wemby and Jokic.

Great job!
crazy you have some trouble with the details in the footwork with LR shot, RL shot and set 2 foot shot. Those are things I've studied and mastered as a musician, not yet being a pro hooper.
Nothing love out with Laker Nation huge fan nothing but the best..
Take the thumb flick on the guide hand and encourage to place his left hand towards to the middle of the ball and see what happens :)
really bad take, let the pros to their job.
someone educate me, if the midrange is open why wont they let him take it? why eliminate those? like i get it to get the team involved but if its open why not take it, dlo also thrives in the mid range but if they are limiting him you are not getting his full potential, dlo would kill in drop coverages , then it opens up passing lanes
Because teams have analytical maps of what is considered a ‘good’ shot or a ‘bad’ shot. Just google ‘NBA analytics map’ and they use that to steer players to only taking threes and layups/dunks unless it’s a bailout shot which means if you the player don’t have the shot you pass to someone who does limiting your game
cuz they want him to help the development of the team, not his bag

Last 3 seasons - bro is shooting 44% from midrange but 40% from three. 74% at the rim. It's a bad shot mathematically.
He’s become a much more efficient scorer eliminating those. Obvs u can take em but just at a much lower frequency
I think he needs to get back to his pass fakes and 1 foot floaters bag. Be more manipulative and snakey off those ball screens. And work on splitting the defense when they blitz him on ball screens. Let him know Link. He'll know exactly what I'm talking about...
cuz they want him to help the development of the team, not his bag

U fake lakers fan so weird bro😂😂😂
@xaviersmith7273 Who cares lol
Then you arent a fan you clown
I agree man ): it’s really boring to watch the lakers without Dlo
Bro how are you supposed to make progress in a 20 min workout😭
he’s in season man
please think. this ain’t the offseason
@@oluwaseyi07but it’s facts. Why is dlo so inconsistent. This type of training might be why
@@ry_an. omg no way y’all are this slow.
@@oluwaseyi07 bro most NBA workouts they’re going hard longer than 20 minutes. It’s no wonder Dlo is as inconsistent as he is lol
@@ry_an. “in season” not “off season” the intensity is going to be different. in season you’re focused on keeping your energy
and if you knew all about training and all you should be in the league
Russell career over nets worst team ever
