Sorry for delay. Then you go to your college and ask them to give you a proof of registration certificate issue with principal stamp and signature. Then go to CU with that document.

Dada apni je payment ar chobi ta dekhiya chen ota tho ciber cafe tay e payment hoay ga6.. abar ki SBI tay jetay hoaby !?
At first you have to make a challan through Cyber Cafe and then go to SBI bank with that challan. And make payment that challan in SBI. And SBI will give you receipt of that payment. Bring that to the Cyber cafe and they will do as per CU instructions. Nearest Cyber Cafe is Mouchak.

At first download a duplicate registration certificate form. And fill up it and get it sign by your college principal. And then go to university for further instruction.

If m ode of payment for admission is online then check the passbook. That date is your admission. Or else you put blank the admission date section.
