बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद . सर , बहुत ही अच्छे ढंग से और विस्तार से आपने एजाइल प्रोसेस के बारे में समझाया है! First time i got understand the full process of agile model. Thanks a lot sir...
At 23:43, you said we can create automation test cases. How is that possible when Dev team has not yet built anything on which automation scripts can be prepared.
Really nice explanation by naveen. It is easy to understand and most important part is you covered all the point thoroughly. Thanks alot naveen for real-time knowledge
Interesting how you portray Agile. I think the one thing you are missing from your Agile Interview Questions is the question of personality. Agile is all about teamwork and confidence. Any candidate for a job should show a combination of human characteristics that ensure that they are the type of person who is not only good at coding, but has the 'right' personality to get on with the team - very important.
Kanban is not just for maintenance projects. It can be used in any kind of project. Also PO need not attend daily scrum. As far as documentation is concerned, code is a document by itself. Apart from that there could be customer mandated documents like software release notes etc.
Naveen, stil most of companies are not following AGILE methodology What do they follow, are the still following SDLC models or they have their own project management system or tool.
hi Naveen, your videos are so helpful and you explain concepts very well. Thanks alot for teaching us. :-) Can you please add videos related to manual testing basics as well.
Please explain the different estimation techniques and what are the different agile games used. Also please suggest the list of agile methodologies apart from Scrum, Kanban.
Hi Naveen, you mentioned that we should not expect too much documentation in Agile process but then there has to be something which the QA's can refer to while writing test cases e.g Requirement Tracebility Matrix..Pls explain
Amazing Video! Thanks Naveen. I have question . Will you able to automate all the test cases in the given sprint?(sprint is of 15 days) if not able to finish in the given sprint then what you will do ?
Hello Naveen, First of all thank you for posting this video because it clears very well the process of agile and scrum. One thing I would like to ask about work estimation. You mentioned in this video that estimation always give in Fibonacci series. so my question is why estimation is in Fibonacci series format? Any specific reason for this?
I have been looking for a real time examples with agile process and this is the one which i understand what will happen in agile environment, thank you very much for this video, and also would like to ask you three questions please 1. I heard about S epics, epics and user stories in agile, and user story's are derived from those epics can you explain it please?what are they and examples for each one. 2. And also not very clear about CF pages in the above video, means in every agile environment they do not have any requirements are they fallow only CF's? 3.After sprint release should we need to provide any documentations for it? and also did they discuss in sprint planning about how many sprints we need to complete the project ? Many thanks :)
Hi Thanks for the Video, really useful information. @ Naveen AutomationLabs - Have a question on that, Suppose in middle of project resource move out or after few years we have to take reference of previous project to how we can studies those project?? because we didnt do documentation then how??
Hi Naveen, Can you please provide zephyr API integration with Jira and selenium !! I would be very thankful. I need to get test case data (such as description, test steps etc..) and convert into feature file in BDD framework
It’s very helpful. But background noise disturbed little bit. You have mentioned daily standup shows 15min in the scrum guide but when you explained scrum calls only for 2 mins.
What is Burn Down Chart? What is Velocity? What is difference b/w sprint backlog and product backlog? Also, Hi Naveen, how to join the live QnA for next time..
Velocity: Number of "story points" completed in one sprint Product backlog is the main requirement as we split our requirement into features those features set is product backlog and the features we are going to consider to take up in a particular sprint that defines our sprint backlog
@@Shreysanthu burndown chart shows... How much work is still left... As name suggested, it burns the work... As more story points gets completed..more work will burn means less work left to complete.. Hope this answer helps..
Excellent session thanks. As a scrum master, what label of technical knowledge does an organization expect (may it be from dev(programming) or QA (manual and automation) or BA/FA ? In practical does scrum master interview include only Agile and scrum master role / scenarios based questions ?
Great information. Thanks. I know it too much to ask for when we are getting information for free but the constant ping/chat notification noise in the background was a bit distracting. :)
there is no rule in agile which says that these many stories you need to cover in one sprint... stories taken up in first sprint is usually suggested by PO and for later sprint as per the team velocity we take up the stories.
Excellent explanation. I am from HR , but this gave me lot of clarity on this methodology.
Naveen velocity calculation, story points, and poker game technique cleared my all Agile cincepts. Thanks.

I strongly agree....one of the best explanation ever given with respect to AGILE process
I love your videos, very useful, but please mute other applications, they are annoying.

Thank you Naveen
Yes agreed 😁 most of time they blame qa team only
:)
I should make my team listen to the last point specifically 🤣🤣
Hi Naveen, you also mentioned about when to write manual test cases and when automate them but you didnt explain it.Can you elaborate on that.
can you share the continuation of the video as you said in this video video about acceptance criteria, jira etc
Useful video 😊
Awesome explanation awesome English
Very nicely explained with the Agile process... When the Regression will come into Phase can you please explain me .

Is product owner role is same as BA?
Very good Lecture, But you forgot to mention BA in Agile team...Who gives walk through of user stories to team, who creates this user story..
What is the role of Business Analyst in agile - Scrum ?
There is no Business Analyst in Agile. Product Owner plays the role of BA in Agile.BA is in waterfall model.
Most of the time PO performs the BA role in agile team. PO gathers information from all statholders and builds/updates and change the product backlog.
Guys when he is saying BA role in Agile he means to asks who performs the activities of BA in agile. What I understand the answer is PO
Thanks for sharing

Who creates blocks in jira? Pls answer if anybody knows
Sir, will you upload any other part related to this video ?
Hello Naveen..Please post some Jira interview Questions also.
When do we move user stories from back log to active sprint?? And who moves it-PO OR scrum master?
Hello, What if any user story still has open bugs but my sprint is going to end then what does happen in the Agile process?
Great info. But plz shut off your notifications while recording.
Very nice
If no tractability Matrix is there.. dose it mean it can be seen or refered under JIRA .? And how

Hey do PO sits in sprint planning?
do have some documents also, plz share if u have any
Hi Naveen, It's really helpful to me, this session is good, Thank you. How do I get link for next session.
Could you please upload a video on different test estimation techniques, and different test matrix. Thanks a Zillion.
During estimate when all the members have given the same number.. what is the use of that number?

Great lecture but the background ick sound is too annoying.
Who is the product owner
Don't worry guys, u will be asked why it happened. If u repeat the mistakes again n again that time u will be out of the project that's for sure.
