Sir I have a doubt. For eg I will apply to 1 University with all the documents including LOM, so my doubt is if I want to apply for second application , how to upload the LOM for that?... Should I upload it on the same time with the first one or can we upload it when I apply for second application. I am confused sir. Bcse each documents should be uploaded once, so give a souktion how to upload different LOM to different universities.
You have to upload the LOM for once on Uniassist. But if the university is demanding another one you can write the new one.

Hello, thank you for your video. I still have a question. If they say that is better to upload my certificates in the original language too, shoul I just upload one pdf for the same certificate for both langues? e.g if I have my bachelor diploma in my original language and in english, should I upload both of them in one pdf or diffrent pdf documents.

I think you can upload without verification. You can upload multiple documents.

Sir, In replacement of wrong document, I am uploading document again with same name but it is saying A file with this name already exist. And it is not picking new document what I do now .
Just upload the file with different name.

There is an option to upload letter of recommendation in the portal as well.
I tried to upload a new document by deleting the old...so I deleted the old one but can't upload a new file..it showing error as /doc size too large / can't select category also..

Kindly resize your document. Make sure your document does not exceed the size limit and try again.

Hello sir, how you have uploaded bachelors transcript? Our universities send transcripts in enclosed envelope and do not provide any soft copy. So do we have to open the sealed transcript and get it scanned and upload?
You can ask your university to provide transcript in pdf file so you can upload it easily.
If i want to send the documents afterwards then how should I do it? For example I applied in a certain university and in the result Uni-assist mentioned that for now you are not selected to this university because you do not have language certificate but if you send us the language certificate now then you will be selected. Then how to send the language certificate afterwards?
Send to the uni assist address they have provided.

what is work sample and what is the difference with work experience.
Work sample is like any project or sample of work of your field. Work experience is the official experience in any company.
Are we supposed to upload scans of the documents? Can we upload scans taken from mobile scanning apps

Yes you need to upload scanned documents. Don't upload scans taken from mobile as their quality will be low.

Hello Hamza,
You don't need to upload all documents again. Just upload new LOM and give the title name of university.

One very important question , When I want to apply for second or third application , I want to replace new motivation letter for each program however I could deleted previous motivation how doest it work ?

@@soubhikpailan2836 yes for the different school you should give your name of file with the particular school that you are applying for and Uniassist team check the new motivation letter and used the new ( related motivation letter) . So there areteam that checks the documents and gather them before submitting to schools.

Aoa, sir I'm confused about LOM and LOR. I've have made different tailored ones according to different universities criteria but we can upload documents in uni assist only once. If we need each different for different university how yo let upload it. I'd really appreciate a quick response because I'm baffled here and Deadline is within a week

Bhai I uploaded all the required documents at uni-assist portal earlier this year when I applied to number of applications
But, now I just saw my documents recently and I found that some documents are missing.
And I cannot see every document that I uploaded, but only a few
Like only 5 documents are there and I almost uploaded 15 documents before

hi. I saw my application seems faulty on uniassist. But they didnt tell me what is missing or wrong via e-mail . I didn't get anything in my uniassist inbox either. Have you ever come across something like this? I dont know what to do. I will be happy if u can answer me .
You should write an email to uni assist and ask what is wrong. They will reply you .

You only need to upload new LOM if you are applying for more than one universities. And you can apply for more than one program in one university.

You can scan document and then upload them on portal.

Yes you can change the course. But make sure you update your letter of motivation accordingly.

I applied to 4 university and they all accept documents online. I have uploaded all of my documents to the "My documents" section. But I still see "Upload my documents" in "My application". You only need to upload documents one time. No need to upload again.

Upload thir time. Name of the document should be same as previous. They will select only latest one.
