I can safely say I have not binged for a long time then I got obsessed with tracking macros and every single thing I ate so another obsession seeking perfection. I love megan, she helped me realise that you don't need to obsess just trust yourself to make normal healthy filling meals. No starvation or obsessing and just enjoying food and life xxxxxx

I used to count macros and I've tried every diet under the sun but I started watching your channel and you inspired me to just eat normally! I've been eating intuitively for quite a while now and it's so much better and I hardly get any cravings because i eat everything i enjoy x

I was very much inspired by her when I first found her channel because I thought to get anywhere with weight lifting you had to meticulously count macros and eat a shit tonne of protein but you don't! I just eat intuitively now and I absolutely love i, no longer obsessing over food and actually eating things I enjoy and no guilt!! Xx

Until I started watching your channel I thought the only way to achieve my body goals was to deprive and starve myself, but that meant I would never stick to it, and have no energy to exercise. You’ve taught me sooooo much and I don’t think you realise how grateful I am!! :) one thing I would ask tho, next time you do a “what you eat in a day” vlog, could you please mention how often you normally eat a takeaway or junk food? Fibre ones are the best! Salted caramel is my favourite. Bluebells faces when she's waiting for her food. OMG! I taught my dog to high-five. It's the cutest thing in the world.

Could you do a video sometime on how to transition from a non-gym lifestyle to a gym-focused life style? Like, to get to the point you're at, did you have to be very strict when you first started until you saw good progress to where you are now and now you can afford not to be as strict?
