What I don’t understand is why these people go these places to get a loan. I’m sure they know the interest rates. Take the loan. Can’t pay back. And complain it’s a scam.
Yes they are a scam. I paid $6,000 on a balance of $2800 over a period of 2 years. I stopped making payments a month ago and they picked up my car. My 17 year old car. My only transportation. I am a senior living on SS. I blame the state House lawmakers who allow these loans. If you pay 50% interest and pay twice what you borrowed, it is legalized theft when they impound your car. IMO
