As a hard-core fnaf fan going all the way back to 2014, it's SO hard to believe that we've gone from watching Markiplier play this in middle school, to now waiting only 3 days(I'm seeing the movie on the 27 rather than the 26) to see our childhood on the big screen! FNaF has had such a massive impact on my life, gotten me through the toughest times, and has given me the close friends I have today. it’s rare that a movie is made for its fans solely. it was amazing. no matter what anyone says or even if it was as gorey as i thought it should’ve been, it’s still easily at least a 10/10. amazing. definitely worth the 8 years.
I watched this last night in theatres and This movie was completely fire, I did not waste my money at all. The story was solid and I loved Mike and Abby’s relationship dynamic. I don’t understand the hate with the pillow fort considering it was stated multiple times they are kids, and were/are easily manipulated, especially by drawings. The only thing that was bad was the whole Vanessa being William’s daughter, and not being alot of Gore. But other than that the movie is a solid 9/10, plus it had many horror aspects, like Balloon Boy statue, the kids crying sound effects which honestly gave me chills. The animatronics catching bodies, the dream sequences, and the paranormal activity. I noticed alot of easter eggs too, the Chicas rainbow at the start of the movie, the its me written on the walls when the first paranormal activity started happening etc. Bonnie and Chica looking at the cams after sending the Cupcake in the vents was pretty funny too lmfao, and i got the Freddy Fazbears pizza box (the Movie Theater pizza was garbage though) I put my ticket in there, for memory purposes. Something to never forget. I loved going to the theater and seeing it because the crowd reactions were pretty good and weird at the same time…like 2 people called Bonnie their boyfriend lmao, was calling william “daddy”. Everyone got scared at the Balloon Boy statue thing, multiple reactions to the animatronics moving and interacting, everyone screamed and clapped when Cory appeared too. When i was carrying the Fnaf box home it meant alot to me, idk if it was just me but it felt like i was carrying all of my childhood with me, it was a nice feeling. Can’t wait for Fnaf 2 and Fnaf 3.
@@casualbeaversome of the lore are related to the books a bit, like the scene where animatronics taking afton to the secret room after being springlocked was a reference to the silver eyes book.
@Timmylogo yes it definitely is, it’s gone so so far for good. Great job to you and everyone who worked on this movie to make it possible! 💝 Also just wanted to add here, in a classic FNAF fashion: 1 day until the party. Or 3 if you're in the US lol

This honestly looks epic. As someone who loves the old games and hates the new ones the fact that its based on FNAF 1 (My favourite one) makes it the first FNAF thing ive been excited for in years. Great work!
I remember thinking "damn this is good, maybe if we're lucky we'll get a good sequel". At the time so many AAA, billion-dollar studios had either delivered remakes that sucked and I basically had no faith in anybody. Then a good sequel came out. Then another. And *another*.
I really hated the times when Dawko was telling everyone, "Guys, they are probably making this for the major audience, so there will be lots of changes." I am glad that Scott had us true, hard-core, OG fans in mind while working on this movie. 🔥
If I'm being unbiased, it's 5/10 in terms of script, pacing and characters. But as a FNAF fan, it's definitely 10/10 as a whole. I don't care if it's bad, the fact the movie is here is enough already. Kudos to Scott!

Watched it tonight, 10/26, with my little brother. No spoilers, It was scary, but definitely no cop-outs. The horror truly did lie in the story being told. 10/10. Definitely is a fan favorite. I will be buying the disc when that comes out, this I feel might join staple films.
Just finished watching it I'm quite happy with it Cheesy? Yeah, but it's still pretty damn good (and so is cheese), especially if you grew up with the games. A+ Blumhouse!
As a fan all the way back to 2014 and watching mark play this game every day. I am sad that he was not in it BUT seeing the movie today, i absolutely loved it! There are some recognizable faces in there . Believe me
Just watched the movie. It was great. I can’t say the same for the spring lock failure, it was definitely missing something, and Afton’s actor needed to be British. Edit: the “I always come back” quote did not seem right in my opinion. It seemed rushed and I think it should’ve been at the end with Afton laying on the floor dying.
Yeah, I always imagined the spring locks as screws that get drawn back and locked into place, and then a failure is most of them tripping at once, stabbing the person inside. I'm not terribly disapppointed with what we got though, Springtrap overall was damn creepy, and man, the scene where he's doubled over, twitching from the shock before being dragged away was so much better than I expected it to be
I like how all the people who worked on this movie said that they wanted to make sure the movie was perfect for the FNAF fans (us) and Emma even said the FNAF fans were the first thought in their minds
Well we got 4 more days until the movie drops can't wait to see what aspects the game has in the movie and the plot to be better than the game, overrall I can't wait to see it.

This honestly looks epic. As someone who loves the old games and hates the new ones the fact that its based on FNAF 1 (My favourite one) makes it the first FNAF thing ive been excited for in years. Great work!
Not just one but its 1 and 2 or 1-3 its gonna be a great movie😎😎😎😎
@@TyroneCraig-si6tfyea it be sick if there was a lore connection from 1-3 and u got to see flashbacks of previous places
everything up to UCN I like the old games are epic@@TyroneCraig-si6tf
I remember playing FNaF and all the theories back in 2014 and it still feels so unreal knowing that a FNaF movie comes out very soon.
I remember thinking "damn this is good, maybe if we're lucky we'll get a good sequel". At the time so many AAA, billion-dollar studios had either delivered remakes that sucked and I basically had no faith in anybody.
Then a good sequel came out. Then another. And *another*.
It's crazy to think they are doing all of this just to make it perfect! Thank you to everyone who is making this movie for us fnaf fans!
I can’t believe this movie actually comes out on Friday this is amazing how much fnaf has grown
I’m going with one of my m8’s to see this movie Thursday. I cannot wait to sit and cry with joy at how you brought many of our childhoods to life :D
the amount of care they put into this looks absolutely unbelievable
can’t believe we’re all about to experience this movie soon 😭❤️
SOOO Excited for this Movie! can't BELIEVE it's just a few days away! 🥳

Kudos to Scott!
as a fnaf fan I am rather disapointed this barely felt like a fnaf film, it's a mess
@@abhikergaming7783 Scott was never good in making a plot. It's expected going to be a mess. But the whole point of the movie is a gift for the fans.
@@hoozartz6740 Is it really because I barely get any fnaf energy from it, it feels like if some big industry just googled "what's fnaf" and used that information to make the movie, it didn't feel like it had any care or effort AT ALL
@@abhikergaming7783 there’s actually some hidden easter eggs here and there. for example, when abby was running away from foxy she hid behind the games like how in the books charlie was also running away from foxy and hiding behind the arcade games.
@@the.real.legobatman Can we please stop using the books as something that's cannon, it has been stated that the books aren't cannon (at least the first book series)
8 years for the movie, it’s almost here, I remember meeting up with friends and discussing fnaf lore, good memories.
This is the best gift we could've ever received in the community, Thank you and Thank Scott.
I really liked the effort put in the movie.I don't really think people will think it wasn't enough or it wasn't good. We fans are getting what we wanted finally just after 3 days later(even though in my country it's a bit later). After all the final trailers and all everthing is fascinating.Atmosphere, animatronics, whole cast it's really beatiful and i can't wait to see the film and all theories about lore of this.Good job y'all!
thank all the blumhouse crew, staff, and also scott. for your amazing efforts to the fanbase, i'll be seeing in the movie tommorow
I have been waiting for this movie to come out for about 3 years, and it’s finally happening
I always love it when filmmakers have this kind of mindset.
Its nice to know Scott Cawthon really was there at every step, every moment of filming, to make sure us OG fans get a movie thats true to the game(s)
Maybe if they listen even more we could probably get more than 3 movies!

The amount of Easter eggs in this movie fills me with joy, especially with the sparkie references

Disney, WB and all other contenders, take notes. This is how you market and produce a film and have it be successful.
Same with Mario. 👍👍
As a veteran of the franchise, I can't say how happy I am :)
This looks to be the perfect love letter for fans of franchise, and I’m so happy about that. Can’t wait. Thank you, Scott for making such a beloved franchise and thank you, Blumhouse for not giving up on making this movie, because it looks to be something brilliant from what I’ve seen of it.

The tension of seeing everything in this cinema is such a recreational moment. The great expectation for people who love the saga itself and for all those who played the FNAF games and me too.❤ THIS MOMENT IS NOW. Thank you Scott and Matthew, Josh ans Jason blum!!!👏👍👍
Watched it tonight, 10/26, with my little brother. No spoilers, It was scary, but definitely no cop-outs. The horror truly did lie in the story being told. 10/10. Definitely is a fan favorite. I will be buying the disc when that comes out, this I feel might join staple films.
I’ll be seeing the movie this Friday!^^
I've been wanting to see this since 2015 when they announced it. Now it finally becomes a reality
Just finished watching it
I'm quite happy with it
Cheesy? Yeah, but it's still pretty damn good (and so is cheese), especially if you grew up with the games. A+ Blumhouse!
is a C+ at best, and boy as a fan that dedicated so many hours for the series and franchise I am disapointed
As a fan all the way back to 2014 and watching mark play this game every day. I am sad that he was not in it BUT seeing the movie today, i absolutely loved it! There are some recognizable faces in there . Believe me
I can’t even put into words how great this movie turned out to be!
OMG, this is amazing, shout out to all the actors and the director 'cause this movie it's gonna be the best, good luck and thank you.
Thank you for not only going all out but keeping the fans in mind… can’t wait team, it’s been so long
This is definitely getting movie of the year just watch 🔥
Just watched the movie. It was great. I can’t say the same for the spring lock failure, it was definitely missing something, and Afton’s actor needed to be British.
Edit: the “I always come back” quote did not seem right in my opinion. It seemed rushed and I think it should’ve been at the end with Afton laying on the floor dying.
Yeah, I always imagined the spring locks as screws that get drawn back and locked into place, and then a failure is most of them tripping at once, stabbing the person inside. I'm not terribly disapppointed with what we got though, Springtrap overall was damn creepy, and man, the scene where he's doubled over, twitching from the shock before being dragged away was so much better than I expected it to be
maybe cus we were so used to the fan made ones that the one in the movies seems off
I like how all the people who worked on this movie said that they wanted to make sure the movie was perfect for the FNAF fans (us) and Emma even said the FNAF fans were the first thought in their minds
Can’t wait I’m watching it on Friday!
