nah, the recipe is rare and its a phase 2 use case. the cost of whisper per chest in phase 2 areas makes me think this was intended mechanics. idk even know how your suppose to get the whispers within 2 hours to open even half the chest in 1 night in p2 area of winter.
where you got those formula?
oracle chest :/ youll have to open em till you get lucky and get you on you have the materials for. feed is easiest

id be suprised if they do, the rarity of the recipe and the cost of getting the corn gathered makes a pretty good thing to keep you playing.
this seems intended it took a ton of chest to actually get this formula for me.
also the higher level area chest having the whispers gg and a spectral cloak? could probably knock out entire of ember strand w. no struggles.

Nah, dev probably knew about it and also know if they patch it, it just gonna piss ppl off, so they probably gonna let it be at least for a while
