Like so many canon fnaf gacha i see is where he is always been crazy or cold blooded or have evil intentions and more even when he was a child till have got to this but the truth is that just started to happen when his older son accidentally killed his younger son then he started killing but then his machine accidentally killed his daughter thats when his gone all the way insane even in the animation fnaf...
