What app do you use for making videos

I record my videos with instant replay from Nvidia. i just have to press alt f10 and it saves the last 5 mintues (up to 20 based on your choice). It is the easiest recording method. You can just clip anything. Nvidia basically records every last 5 - 20 minutes and overwrites it every time.
