Is it just me or does the multiple low opacity images layered on top of each other make the screen look too crowded? It's just a little to much for me to focus on.
I don't get the obsession with continuing to test the remains. Anecdotally, the remains matched. Then some more scientific analysis further proves it more likely than not. What use would further tests have other then making the researchers famous?
@@JohnDoe-zw8vx Didn't they only confirm that these skeletons belongs to those 2 kids from back then? Seems that they're trying to confirm something else now. So many factual inaccuracies here. C'mon Buzzfeed, you can do better than that. Anne Boleyn didn't request the sword over the axe, Henry chose the sword as a merciful end to the life of a Queen. Some speculate that this is because he knew the charges were false or because he still held affection for Anne. Elizabeth was also FAR from Catholic. Anne Boleyn wasn't brought through Traitors Gate and in fact actually entered through the Byward Tower Gate. There's more but I'd have to watch the video again.
It’s highly unlikely those bones found are even human, let alone the princes. (More recent visual exams from forensic experts say many of the bone fragments look like they might be pig, dog, or even cattle) The royals won’t let them retest the bones because if it’s not the princes, it means that there are likely people alive with a better claim to the throne than they do. Also, don’t just taking Tudor records at face value - they were notorious for writing highly skewed histories that villa nixed those they deemed enemies, as well as doctoring preexisting, more neutral historical accounts to make them villainise those they deemed enemies. Also as much as I love Shakespeare, don’t take any of his plays at face value either. His histories, particularly those whose history was recent at his time, are massively politically skewed. Because Liz loved his plays, of course he would want to depict her grandfather as a great hero defeating the villainous Richard lll. He liked his head on his body.
