I don't feel like myself...and how I'm fixing that

I've been feeling off for a little while - busy, overwhelmed, aimless. I know there are people that can relate so I hope this video brings you both companionship and encouragement. You are not alone and neither am I. My struggles are not hopeless but my hope is found in Christ. What do you do when you don't feel like yourself?

after losing my only friend. i feel like i lost myself too and have been only going to work and home for 2 years. i am 19 i should be out enjoying my life but here i am questioning if ill ever make friends again since i cant go out without them. i feel so stranded if that makes sense like my old bff left and took my ability to exist

I’m sorry you’ve had to walk through this, losing a friend is sometimes worse than a breakup. My encouragement is to lean into Jesus who calls us his friend when we trust in him and the pray for those friendships that you desire to have. My greatest friends are friends that I prayed and waited for. There are people out there that will love you for who you are, sometimes we just have to wait for them - don’t give up hope ❤️
