Turn back to a child then.... oooh. I remember me and my other 9 year old friends used to create entire universes and stories with working plots and family trees... I even came up of the idea of an arctic seal using an special-species-of-earthworm powered time machine to rescue his father who was trapped in the past... The story has gone: a boy and his father build a time machine to rescue two sisters of the boy who have died in a car crash. Both of them get there, take the sisters, but... They got so excited that they forgot to take the father back with them. The father was left in the past. The seal and his sisters would really like to go back in time again and save him, but they don't know where to find the special earthworms. My Physics teacher said, "nothing can travel faster than light", to which I asked, 'why?' She said, "well, as you approach closer to the speed of light mass increases infinitely, hence you need infinite amount of energy." She turned, with a sense of pride, and relieved with an assumption that I was done. As she turned away, I asked, "but, you said before that mass can neither be created nor be destroyed. How did the mass magically increase. Where did that come from?" She looked at me and said she'll get back to me. This was before Google had all the answers. Later, I learned that it was all about glorifying the ones with grades, so I stopped asking questions.

Why is looking or hearing a person asking "what if" so amazing? For that matter why are those who are able to use logic in combination with curiosity so fascinating? Is the ability or strength to go against the stream so interesting that the majority must ostracize and awe at the minority who are able to look past the veil of possibility? Why are those who can stop and see other probabilities and possibilities in the face of absolution so profound? We are all able, so why awe at those who practice what we are all able to do? Because in the end, is it still not only natural?

This is the scene I love....it marks the difference b/w those teachers who have set up their minds that whatever a child says is nuisance and those who really value true knowledge and imagination....when Albert begins to leave that signifies how he was previously accustomed to those teachers who kicked him out.
Me: maam its not clear to me can you elaborate it further

Antriksh Sharma no... It is not an illusion

Antriksh Sharma yeah it is that everything is there... But time is real, it can't be just an illusion. We need to understand what actually time is?
Want something to think about.
I never had this type of teacher.if I had had a teacher like him,so many geniuses could have born from these days.
I agree but real geniuses rise even from the adverse situations, i don't mean to undermine anyone
Wow!! It feels so good when someone tries to understand u...specially teachers..👍
*MY MOM* - What is the time Gaurav?
*ME* - That is the actual question

It's teacher's day in India and I am happy to see how happy the professor was when he realized his student was asking a great question.
The whole series was absolutely beautiful.
Which series please

Time is an illusion,
time flows like water, sometimes fast, sometimes slow, sometimes gentle, but never at a constant pace
time is just a tick-tock of the Universe, which is flows at different rates at different places
Nice
But time is not constant for the whole universe that is what einstein proved man..... Sorry don't take it other wise
man's obsession with what he doesn't understand... Some things will become understood, but some things will never be. We aren't meant to know it all. We are the caretakers of this world, and must learn to do so and harmonize with our fellow brethren.
Sunny shah what are you?
Well, the fourth dimension. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I love how Einstein picked up his professor's technique( close your eyes and imagine) when he himself became a professor
He had finally found a place where no one ridiculed him...a place where he belonged

I think it's pretty sad that this ended up being the only thing I wrote down from our play.
Those times are gone though, and I don't think I could ever have an imagination like the one I used to have together with AF, KM, WM, MŁ, and the other girls who took part in the play. F.

How many oofs will I have to drop in this comment section? The amount of people having a bad time keeps me from sleeping.
You see it doesn't matter if you're a born genius or not. If your willing to go all out then your hard work will beat some born genius who knows the atomic radius of elements on the periodic table. It will take time. It will be painful. But in the end you'll get there.
@@Lamzilla24 That's the biggest lie created by mankind
Yes, a few people are born genius but also, some people become genius with time.
That professor and Einstein is the epitome of a perfect education system
It's simpler than all that.
You're telling me you measured both the mass and speed, of every single object in the entire universe, both known objects AND unknown objects?
And you did this 1910?
Also, since Mass can't be created.... how does the Earth grow in Mass every year?
@@SuperChuckRaney I haven't read up and took all the relativity classes, but mass cannot be created, BUT it can be converted from energy. E=mc^2, if I'm not wrong goes both ways.

that's because we're not doing what we love..
I wish my teachers were like that. It's so awesome and interesting. It's a wonderful question asked by Einstein.
It's a sign of a good teacher that he should allow his students to expressing their thoughts or imagination.
It amazing that he got through tough university life back in them days being Dyslexia. He was a genius with mathematics but struggled with writing reading etc .
@Hello there, how are you doing this blessed day?
3 years ago in my 11th class, I was introduced to Newtonian mechanics. One day my teacher was in the middle of an advanced pulley problem discussion, but I quietly stood up, and asked my teacher "What is time?". He said "look at the watch idiot, why are you asking me.!" I was laughed upon by the whole class. :(
Lol
Einstein started questioning thess things after he had known the whole of physics at that time... You don't even know newtonian mechanics now so u obviously sounded dumb
Well probably because your question was not in the same topic yet.....
But a teacher should always help you fill out your curiosities, and not just end a students whole KARER and dreams right there, just because he wants to look cool in front of the class
🤣🤣
A beautiful mind...☺️
2:33 When you are accepted in a class even after being different from the others. It's so relate-able for me. Like if it's the same for you.

Einstein's question was out of the existing syllabus of his time.

This kind of response is only found in teachers teaching in great universities. But mostly, this kind of students are either dismissed or rebuked at.

I once I asked a question as complicated as this, my teacher asked me to meet me after class. When I met her she scolded me cause she didn't knew the answer but I did and this made her look smaller than me according to her. Her little ego bubble that the people she is teaching are below her was burst and this is what I wanted to do but I got the least amount of marks I've ever gotten in any class my score literally went down to 60% because of that one ego centric lady.

Safety Time Machine Key Points
1. Automatic door lock.
2. Goes invisible.
3. Moves objects out of the way.
4. Has camera/TV inside so the time travellers can only observe history.
5. Can stand extreme weather.
6. Has solar panels.
7. Has rocket fuel.
8. Rocket fuel fades extremely fast in the sky.
9. Automatic probability control so history doesn't change on it's own.
10. Uses wormholes to time travel.
i wish i had a teacher like that instead of discouraging had said words of courage like "looks like we gonna have an interesting year "
The thing I find most interesting about these type of movies is how fascinated average/regular/ base people are about the ability to think about possibility outside conventional wisdom.
Beautiful moments were being witnessed by all....so happy professor,,and so were students

A good teacher is one that when they see your drive and thirst for knowledge they fuel it until the pupil rockets straight out of the teacher's knowledge and experience, all the while urgining and encouraging you and feeling proud that they contributed to that.
