What a treat, and what a tease!!! The massive parsnip is so huge ... it is probably the biggest I have ever seen. All vegetables look so delectable! Nothing like farm fresh wholesome vegetables cooked right there, and to enjoy the feast with friends. I grow a lot of these vegetables in my small organic garden but the short growing season in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US is no match to the 8 months of sunshine and fertile soil of India. I am so envious!!! Thank you for sharing.
Omg...i havent seen anything such fresh and beautiful cooked indian food all my life although i was Born and bought up in india. I wish i could visit his food wonderland, when i go to india this time
