Always had a soft spot for this track from the Petrols' last album. This video shows just what a great frontman Steve Mack is/was. Many thanks for posting.
Remember seeing this on "The Den" when Ian Dempsey or Ray Darcy was presenting it. It would've been in the Zig and Zag era. Good times. Brings back some memories. What a track it was. Great band. Deserved to make it big, but it just didn't happen for them.
I saw them so often in the time around this album, which I think is their strongest, and the band were playing so well. Unfortunately the UK market wasn't ready for guitar based pop and they seemed to be playing to smaller and smaller crowds. Tragic really
Keep coming back to this every few months and wonder how the hell it wasn't a success. Lots of reasons, I know, but the strength of the track should really have overcome the barriers!
One of the Greatest Bands of All Time. Steve Mack is Awesome Frontman.
Such a criminally underrated band and absolutely fantastic live

Great song! I knew some of their earlier stuff but this might be my favorite so far.
That bass sound is BEAST

XEditOBack couldn’t agree more; they were so good on record and live but no one bought em
@@mcnulty70 I bought em so I guess someone did.
This generation knows it……
This desolation shows it……
Great album, unfortunately cannot be found any longer. Great band...
