Thank you Melissa..wonder if Pepe makes such a set of corrugator options. I have the 90 mm flat. Since they are a younger mfg-R they will probably go that route eventually. I have the larger corrugator and have had. A lot of fun with it and sharing with classmates- cheers
Can place your corrugated pieces on pitch pot and then roll flat creates more interesting effects especially when you are angle corrugating. In a teaching class do you think using 30 guage is the way to go as a starting way to demo corrugating.?
hi, have you ever used the Zig Zag Sheet Metal Rolling machine? Do you know if there are other (rollers?) that can be used in it? Love this video, btw!!!
Have you seen or used the zig-zag mill, its a corrugator with different sized gears to give you different depth corrugations....I have seen them on ebay along with the standard rolling mills
Robert matteson No, I have not. I thought about purchasing one, but 1 - I couldn't afford it, and 2, it wasn't very wide. But I love the concept of it and if I find that I really want to add more corrugating into my work, I may have to look at it a bit more seriously.
Melissa Muir I sent you a message last week Melissa about possible ways a struggling artist can acquire tools to help there buisness grow. And if you had advise. You may answer privately if you wish thanks....
Mr. Matteson - did you ever get one and how did it work for you? Are you able to find other rollers to put in it or are (we) stuck with only the zig zag design?
I keep seeing this box that has 4 rollers in the middle with 2 knobs on the top and side to adust the roles and it's used to pull chains through to flatten or square them and I just can't find the name of the tool or here to get one
I appreciate you making this video and showing us how they all work. But PLEASE stop using the work 'little' and 'fun' as adjectives. It is cheap crutch and not at all necessary. It is the kind of thing which you see on daytime TV craft shows to try to make something sound more enticing. You said little wrench, little nut, fun little shapes, little toothbrush, little travel ones, fun little pattern. You sell yourself short by not using any of the numerous 10's of thousands of adjectives in the English language. If you watch this video you will understand what I mean. Women don't need to 'sell' everything as fun or little to make their message more palatable. Having said that, your videos have great content, which stands on it's own, and I thank you for that.
Jane Archer I don't script these videos and it isn't as easy as you think to make them. I am sorry that you are bothered by it. Thank you for the feedback.
A little harsh comment. One can express themselves as they feel comfortable with. Keep up your work as educator and entrepreneur. We love you as you are.
New video on comparing the Micro-Fold Break from Rio Grande and the Durston Corrugating Mill.
Thank you teacher!
Here everything is beautiful, the teacher also ...

As far as I know Pepe does not and I don’t believe they have any plans for one. But I will try to find out.

@@michaelma-k4x good tips. Thank you. I think 30-26 would be good. 30 is REALLY thin and not very stable.
Great advice , thank you ..well made video
Joyce Joy thank you.
Excellent demo, many thanks!
You may want to put the name of the mills as text inside your video for clarity.

Erica Spins I have not used one specifically called a zig zag sheet roller. As far as I know, there are not other patterns.
i picked one up... it's going to take a few runs before I get the hang of it. It's good for a beginner - to sell enough pieces to get a good one ;)

Robert matteson I don't think I got your message. Send me an email: melissa @ melissamuir . com (remove the spaces)

I didn't get one, yes thus a dedicated zig zag only tool. Other mfgr do make a stacked unit that does 3 or 4 different corrigation spacing.
Thank you - how do you spell the name of the last mill you demonstrated?

I haven't been able to find one of those for a long time either. But I do know which one you are talking about. It is also called a corrugating mill.
