- fun fact: my first picks on i-land were these two! i just love how opposite their personalities were and yet they always managed to understand each other and have a really close relationship!

@@ayaya1346 it's not evil editing though. You could see how guilty Sunghoon was and how supportive Jay was, he even massaged Sunghoon's shoulders. Jay probably couldn't do that spin either, but even moreso due to his injury. It's not like they could tell people Jay was injured, he was probably scared the show would pull him or the fans would tell them to pull him due to injury. They already lost one trainee due to injury and another before the show even started. Their was supposed to be 24 trainees but one was pulled last minute for injury.

@@emerald442 jay acts and gives off the aura of an assertive-been-through-some-shit leader who assists people well, and is sometimes cut-throat with his honesty. he gives off the vibe of a rebel, underground street dancer on stage as well. he's also known for wearing a lot of black. sunghoon is more elegant and slowly, somewhat gracious but cool and intimidating like an ice prince. like cold and untouchable. his humour is sarcastic and brutally honest, he's good at guiding others but he's not exactly a leader figure (esp in enha) and is more like a brother you learn from. because of his skin (which is pale) and the fact he wears a lot of white clothes, he's on the white side.

They were bighit’s former trainees so they’ve known and understood each other for a long time. Since SH was shy and introverted, during the iland show he and Jay were always together. Sweet💕

Although it may seem like they are too different to get along, sometimes it’s great to hang out with someone who is the opposite of you to compliment your personality.
As an introvert who doesn’t put herself out there that much, in the past my friends have usually been extroverts. Since they would approach me first, I found it easier to talk to them and ended up having interesting conversations because of our different views. On the other side, they found it easy to approach me and talk to me about their problems because they just needed someone to listen to what’s on their mind.
This is one of the reasons why I’ve always loved these two. They complete each other, trust each other, and know how to care for one another.
