  • POV Test ride and review of the 2016 Harley Davidson CVO Pro Street Breakout special edition cruiser motorcycle. I ride the bike through the city and on the highway to see how it performs. I give my impressions on how it rides. 100% unbiased and honest reviews.
From Harley's website: "The CVO™ Pro Street Breakout® is all about dark style and massive torque. It features cutting-edge finishes with show-stopping paint and styling details fender to fender. The Aggressor wheel mounts to a 240mm rear tire. The forward controls, new race-inspired seat and handlebar create a riding position perfect for prowling. And a Screamin’ Eagle® Twin Cam 110B™ engine with heavy breather intake, inverted forks and new dual-disc front brakes mean the performance matches the power of its style. It’s our top-of-the-line take on long, dark American muscle."

I have the 2016 breakout with the 103c.i. motor. it did take a while to get adjusted going around curves and tight turns. I went from a yamaha Stryker to the breakout lol. I've already done exhaust, fuel pack and intake. the bike really came to life. the motor is counter balanced which robs power but is suppose to be smoother, but it so vibrates the hell out of your hands going down the highway. overall, I'd recommend this bike to anyone, mines about to roll over 3k miles and I've had it 33 days. :)

Did you eventually buy one of them? I'm trying to chose now between cvo pro breakout and low rider s. I think that breakout looks brilliant but I love the way how low rider s vibrates and "live it's own live". Is there any comparable vibrations on breakout?

Great review! I don't think it's worth $25k but to each his own.

The bike will turn. You just have to lean. Rode a VRod for a few years... same experience with that big real tire.

Yeah I would have to get used to turning in. I have ridden the Vrod and it was the same way.

You don't lean you counter steer. I had a street glide and it was so easy to manoeuver

+archinuk417 Vrod rider here too, you do get used to it pretty quick. It's more of a punch and lean feel than my ZX6R was(flick all day er'ry day). So fun once you get used to it though.

Way overpriced. Buy a Breakout and drop in a REAL engine such as a S&S 124 high performance along with other customization's and then you'd have a real bike.
