I'm so happy about your progress. My hair is at your month one and it is my edges that are giving me issues!

You look absolutely beautiful!! Healthy nice hair is wonderful!! It’s going to grow fast either way with your routine of not forcing it to do so something other than just showing it love and care!! ❤Oh, also use black castor oil to massage into your scalp especially the edges!! Then use Batana oil on scalp snd through hair!! This stuff is GREAT!!❤The low manipulation you’re doing is also key!! Great job!!❤

I'm 2 weeks posts complete shave and have only been using a homemade essential oils mixture I made with purified water after wash and twice a day. While I feel it has helped my scalp amazingly, I felt my hair itself was dry as it was growing in. Girl I decided to just put a little Shea Moisture Manuka Honey leave - In conditioner and WHAT A DIFFERENCE. My hair already feels soft.

I just did a big chop and I cut all my hair completely off. Trying to start fresh. How often would you suggest I wash it? I wear at a hat at work and my head gets a bit sweaty throughout the day

I did a Big chop (completely bald) and I wash my hair everyday. I found out that water to our hair is very good. It’s just not healthy to use shampoo everyday. Therefore I leave in a leave in conditioner and seal it with my rosemary oil. That has really helped with my hair growth.

This is literally how my hair is like I want it to grow fast but it'll never grow really fast cause of genes

@Sally Ann There's a growth rate and growth cycle, just like there is with the hair on your legs, arm e.t.c. Unfortunately not everyone will have super long hair.
