I need to understand that while I do these exercises besides having your instructions in mind how do I manage my shoulder because together with improving my breathing I want to improve my posture because of kyphosis. I am now made to use the oxygen apparatus being one of the reasons for shortness of breath. Thanks a lot for your videos. You give me a lot of peace listening to your voice. Thanks a lot!

I swear to you, I haven’t had a real deep satisfying breath so consistently since learning this. Sometimes I feel like I just don’t know how to breath. I don’t know if this due to my seriously tight pelvic floor muscles but I feel like I can’t always catch a breath.
Is CRUNCHES & SIT UPS NOT GOOD FOR PELVIC PROLAPSE. UNHAPPY VAGINA walls & BLADDER LEAKS happen discomfort. (65 yr old) . Young at heart!!! Underweight woman. Can u help us?!?!!
