Yes, we are paying tax in B-Register already. There is no separate Khata type for this, only an extract. There will not be PID (Property ID) number also for B-Register. Here, the minister is telling to register online. It will be good if someone uploads a video for step by step online registration of B Khata property. Let me know when you come to know about this. Most of City is B khata only, so many people are affected by this.
It will become more corrupt and fraud. Customer will bear extra expenses and follow up... buyer will be panic.... registration happen or not...same sites can be sell multiple customers...on the same time with different agent office.. 😂

Now a days more than half of registration amount is charged as bribe. You should try and register a property in a hoax name to understand the reality.

How Sir? You mean more false and benami registrations, because documents can be forged due to complete online method? As long as authenticity of the documents is verified (which is easy to), this is good. It will eliminate the unnecessary "lancha" and will ensure we dont have to run around RO/SROs repeatedly for basic things. Already other states doing this, we should also. With or without online method, there will be people who will try to take advantage of loopholes- we just need to evolve and adjust with time. But we need to adopt online and digitized process in today's world and cannot make it mandatory for everything to be hard paper based and to be compulsory face to face.
