Wow, I'm surprised to hear Oribe not being discounted to licensed shops for resale. I live in rural Maine and the local salon i go sells it, and i believe its less expensive than Sephora.
@My_Girl_Milley yeah, I was surprised as well. My stylist said when they looked into it, they had to carry over $5,000 in their shop worth of inventory every month to allow it in their shop. They said, no way, we can't do that. But, it is always good to find someone who carries it locally😘

Always love to hear your recommendations even though we couldn’t have more different skin or coloring (dry vs oily, warm undertone vs cool undertone) but I still get so much from your recommendations
It’s not at Sephora, but if anyone is looking for a super finely milled powder that will keep you from getting oily all day, the By Terry translucent (not the tinted ones) is amazing. I bake my nose and t zone and it’s INSANE. It’s drying though so definitely not for dry skin.

I’ve tried the Oribe schampoo, mask and conditioner and it made my hair feel dry. I have super thick, frizzy, wavy hair and was looking for something to calm it down and was shocked by the result. Maybe it works better for fine hair… The only thing I like from Oribe is the dry heat protection spray.
I am very interested in hearing more details of your extensions. Do you buy them yourself or do you have to get them through your hair dresser? Does your hair dresser put them in or are they removeable? What’s their maintenance like - are they hard to take care of? I always thought it would be hard to comb your hair if they are tied in, so how do you do something as basic as comb your hair and then what about the grow out? I’m sorry for all the dumb questions, but I’ve been looking into them but really don’t know where to start with it.
@jt9058 these questions are great. I'm happy to help. I buy the extensions from JZ Styles online, and then my stylist puts them in for me. They are weft extensions ( which i recommend looking them up on RUclips so you can understand how they are tied into your hair). But, I can comb or brush right over top of them without any issues. I have 2 rows that go all the way around my head. She stacks the hair into layers of 3, so i have 3 layers of hair wefts per row. Some people get 3 rows, but I'm able to make 2 rows work. My stylist charges me $50 per row. I get them tightened every 2 months. It's great.. if you have any more questions, feel free to ask❤️❤️❤️
@katrinasinclair7542 I use the dryer attachment that comes with the air wrap. I use that to dry my hair almost all the way dry. Once my hair is about 80% dry, then I use the barrels. It's not good to use the barrels on wet hair. Hope that makes sense❤️🫶🏼 I haven't needed to buy the regular Dyson dryer, because i use the dryer attachment that comes with the airwrap. ❤️

Haus labs makes me break out. It’s the only make up I’ve come across that I get this reaction. Unfortunately, I had to return it.
