5-strings-6 strings ,4 fingers and blah blah,BUT the groove and vibe George Porter accomplishes with a 4 string is a clinic on its own :DDD

Hehe George could very well have played with The Crusaders and Joe Sample in that style we used to call “Pocket Butter & Jam” back in the 70s 😎 RIP Joe

These guys are too good to be playing in a kitchen to 15 people. I came from a George Porter Jr search, but that keyboard player's left hand technique blew me away. Loose as fuck, but it works.

It's grown-up music.Go on to bed, little kid.Its over your head.Just so you know, The Meters were pulled as the opening act after 4 shows for the Rolling Stones in the 70s.Why? Because they were embarrassing the Bloody Wankers.Nobody could follow those NOLA guys. There is no rock band on the planet that didn't pull from The Meters.Do your homework, dumb kid, and see who George Porter Jr has played with.
