[Recipe]
🐶Black sesame Basque Cheese Cake (No. 1) 240 degrees preheating 220 degrees 28 minutes
300g of cream cheese
-100g of sugar
100g of eggs
- Black sesame paste 50g
- 170g of fresh cream
- 3g of vanilla bean paste
1. Mix the cream cheese in a bowl with sugar and mix it with a hand mixer.
2. Divide the eggs twice and mix them.
3. Add vanilla bean paste and mix lightly.
4. Mix black sesame paste and whipped cream in another bowl and mix them together.
5. Strain the dough through a sieve, pan it in a pan, and bake it in an oven at 220 degrees for 28 minutes.
6. After cooling the baked Basque Cheesecake, let it ripen in the refrigerator for a day.
7. Place black sesame cream and black sesame crumble on top of the aged Basque Cheesecake.

-100g of black sesame
-Grape seed oil 20g
1. Put black sesame and grape seed oil in a food processor and grind them.
🐶 Black sesame crumble 200 degrees preheating 180 degrees 10 minutes
25g of flour
-20g of black sesame powder
25g of almond powder
-20g of sugar
-30g of butter
1. Grind the black sesame with a food processor until it is powdered.
2. Put butter in a bowl and mix it with a hand mixer.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Sift the soft flour and almond powder and add black sesame powder and mix them with black sesame powder.
5. Mix it gently with your hands, spread it out in a pan, and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Break the baked crumble slightly with a scraper and cool it before using it.

150g of fresh cream
-20g of black sesame paste
25g of sugar
1. Put whipped cream, sugar, and black sesame paste in a bowl and whip them firmly with a hand mixer.
