Ryan and Dave are such calm and considerate lads, they never over dramatise, they deserve much more subs than they have.
Same thing happened to me when I moved into my house built in 1904.
I would ask questions whenever I am in a look for a new place.
In goldendale WA state we have the presby mansion it has 2 ghost in the 13 year old daughter and grandmother both haunt this place

I DID buy a house - my very 1ST HOME that I’d saved for 5 yrs to buy (w my former husb/I) - and we had NO IDEA the home was horribly haunted‼️😲 It was only 10 yrs old, was a gorgeous little house that was built like a French cottage with gorgeous property w horses around it & a beautiful lil stream by the horses! I used to bring our baby son to feed the horses carrots & apples just to get OUT OF THE house bc I could feel something was wrong, REALLY WRONG🤔😐‼️ It started the night we moved in from across the country. It was super OPPRESSIVE, felt so cold in spots, had horrible smell from master bedroom that I called 3 diff contractors to investigate but NO CAUSE! It smelled like … sulfur & rotting flesh which I’d know as I had worked in Emergency w Trauma Team. It began to have all kinda odd problems & Always felt like you were being WATCHED‼️ I had vivid, horrible dreams, being chased by someone or someTHING trying to hurt/kill me‼️ My husb personality began ti change quite noticeably. His temper was AWFUL & he drank which he’d not done before very often. Our baby began to scream & HOWL AT NIGHT, crying hysterically in his crib. I started sleeping w him in spare room to calm him down. I began to not be able to sleep or didn’t WANT to. I was fearful of my changing husb. The last straw was the voices & fearing for my safety! He actually agreed we should move too in less than a yr, losing all the money saved & 🙏🙏🙏praying it would not follow us (it didn’t )‼️😌 We found out later the previous owner had taken his life in theMaster bedroom! We had never been notified of this but it was over 21 yrs ago now‼️
If investigating people's homes. You should do collaboration with Paranormal Nightmare. You can help others/families twice as much. Just a thought ❤❤ God bless. Happy holidays also.
