Why the constant 400 v is given as a negative input of error signal ? Usually desired set point will be in positive input right ,is there any specific reason for the negative input?
Explanation is very clear and when we simulate the same system with Matlab 2019A as per the data,the result is not satisfactory.it works good for voltage upto 400. More the voltage the AC-DC conversion becomes discontinuous and power factor also very poor. kindly fix it

Sir , the Kp value mentioned as 4.06 is not correct , also the VDC output is not stabilise for coswt , but if you use the sunset , the results are stabilised for Kp value of around 30V . But the grid voltage and current are still not in phase and there exists some phase difference . Can you relook into the Kp value and also if sonet or coswt needs to be used for reference generation.

Another way to improve the full bridge rectifier is by adding capactiors to each diode, I was reading about the "Graetz bridge rectifier".

Sir,how are you selecting the sample time .eg: 1e-6 0r 10e-6 or 50e-6
This is based on switching freq. if switching freq is very high i try to reduce the sampling time.

Just to mention that with sinwt as reference and keeping KP value as 20 helps to get stable output
