You open any fabric texture in photoshop, reduce opacity to 80% and save as png file. That's it. 👍

I can't really tell, I never tried using Mac before so I don't know if the same HDRI setting would be the same result on Mac.

im using macbook pro 2018 and i cant enable the path tracer menu, does it affect the level of realistic to my render?

Yes, mostly I render with pathtracer ON. Rendering with standard option does not meet the quality that pathtracer have.
