I feel like instead of pre patch or post patch they could make a change 1 activation per floor. Once you enter the elevator your cooldowns are refreshed. That way you could get that use at the end of the floor before the door closes so you could grab a teammate as goob, go in and then get to grab another before having ur normal cooldown This could make it better for being a main trinket
While watching this Dandy tried to sell me a med-kit on floor 1 after I already found two band-aids. And while typing this I found a med-kit on floor 3.
I think it would be better for it to add an ability stack. Like if ur off cd on a floor and reach ele, then you gain a stack. Now you can use it twice before a cd initiates. It can stack up to 5 times, making it very helpful for emergency situations on difficult floors, but not too great afterwards

Doesn’t work on toons without and active ability. //And what it is right now is pretty useful. Like if you were using Shelly it would be easier to boost and with vee it would be easier to show the twisteds. as someone who plays as every main toon with their large cd, i definitely think that toybox is down right useless, the cd is usually over for the first few seconds of the floor.
Toy kit buff? 3 activations per floor, it instantly makes your active recover its cooldown WHILE in the elevator, with 1 second recovery time (So imagine Tisha in the elevator, activating her ability four times in a floor, since one is automaticlly ready to use, and the trinket does its work.)

I mean, it’s still a good concept, and it’s pretty balanced (giving that we have 2 active cooldown reduction trinkets that I know of) and honestly, for someone like astro or vee, their abilities are pretty useful. Vee could highlight twisteds in panic and start of floors, and astro could be able to save people and still use his ability one more time. It’s not useless, it’s quite good actually for a main trinket.
I always saw Veemote as reworked instead of nerfed. Before they changed it I only saw it as worth putting on Pebble. Now I feel comfortable slapping it on any Toon lol. What if multiple people are afk in a long run and goob has toykit? Goob can save multiple people and it only works during panic timer and when ELE was open at the start of every floor, by your logic vanity mirror should only give you a 10% speed boost during panic timer bc 30% constant speed boost is too op?

I actually don’t hate this trinket I think it’s nice you can now constantly use abilities you usually have to wait on a timer for to have ready for the next floor like vee so longer timers become more bearable
honestly don't know Dandy's world gameplay is BORING AS FUCK. there's literally nothing else to do,You can't experiment with anything,and even if you wanted to,you'll probably have to pick up the items you need from different floors. the gameplay is boring,especially being a distractor,who would like to hold W and ctrl for 4 hours straight? they need to make private lobbies a thing,so we can experiment with stuff. Its a limited toon which mean the twisted is limited therefore it would be a problem if it was the best thing ever and very limited few were able to get it other games also have the same problem with limited the characters so they most likely just make them non playable

they shouldve made it so you get 5 second cooldown (or more) when in elevator with or without doors closed!! this would make it a more useful trinket and by my expectations, a worthy main trinket. yes, ability spam could still happen, but it would be akin to 2 boosts as they would wear off before second boost. and gigi ability would probably end up overflowing with stopwatches anyways. it would be SO useful in panic mode, especially for goobs, astros, and tishas, being able to speed/regen their teammates quickly and goob could be a better lifesaver rather than having to basically have another train dilemma deciding which slower teammate you should pull in with 6 seconds left, you would be able to save both! if qwel actually does this i'd be much happier

My friends brother said “Gigi is a hacker” And i said “How do u know” And he said “Because she is spamming her ability inside of the elevator” but then gigi said “bobette’s trinket is so broken lol” So then we realized
I find the patched version stupid only cuz you cant use abilities in ele and by time ur out ele( around 40 secs) ur cooldowns almost up and unless ur a pebble you dont need ur ability-
It’s honestly insane that Qwel managed to create a trinket that you can only use during the Christmas event, a mediocre ass stamina trinket, a literal trinket worse than the brick and this uselesss thing all in one update.
It might be better in a nightmare run on V cause then when the elevator opens, she can instantly use her ability, no matter what. I think that’s how it works.
maybe they should bring it back but limited so you cant spam it, like you can use that ability 5 time at the start of the match, you basically spend 5 cooldown on that trickent, so each floor itll recover its stacks so you can eaither do your ability twice or you can wait until you get a full 5 stack
Devs realized they dropped something actually worth using in this update so they ran it back as fast as possible instead of rebalancing most toons and trinkets being useless and never worth using
I think they should add a CD to where if you use your ability then it gives you it back immediately in the elevator, BUT it'll go on a 1 min CD (that'd still be very helpful if you're playing goob and two people need to get pulled into ele or else they die)
honestly just make toykit refresh your ability after you use it, making you able to use it twice without a cooldown, and make it so it recharges ever 1 or 2 floors
They literally could’ve made it better by making your ability refresh when it’s panic mode instead of the elevator because it’s more useful in panic mode than it is in the elevator
ngl the toy kit is good for long cooldowns actives (like vee's or coal's) since they are able to be used at the end of the floor and not wait from 10 seconds to 40 to use it again on the next floor but if you're using it with short cooldown skills im just gonna say one thing: ghost snakes in a can

Uniconically i think this trinket is just a support version of vanity mirror, it only works in panic timer so for the rest of the floor you are down a trinket. This bug should really become a feature Edit: i just saw tisha with toy kit and uh... maybe limit the ammount of activations per floor

It might be better in a nightmare run on V cause then when the elevator opens, she can instantly use her ability, no matter what. I think that’s how it works.
maybe they should bring it back but limited so you cant spam it, like you can use that ability 5 time at the start of the match, you basically spend 5 cooldown on that trickent, so each floor itll recover its stacks so you can eaither do your ability twice or you can wait until you get a full 5 stack
New idea for toy kit: once you are in the elevator you may use ur ability 3 times without cooldown only works once per floor
they could make it so during panic mode, the trinket resets your ability cooldown every 7-17 seconds!

Devs realized they dropped something actually worth using in this update so they ran it back as fast as possible instead of rebalancing most toons and trinkets being useless and never worth using

I think they should add a CD to where if you use your ability then it gives you it back immediately in the elevator, BUT it'll go on a 1 min CD (that'd still be very helpful if you're playing goob and two people need to get pulled into ele or else they die)

honestly just make toykit refresh your ability after you use it, making you able to use it twice without a cooldown, and make it so it recharges ever 1 or 2 floors
the speed u could have if there was 7 tishas with pre patched toy kit with 3 boxes of chocolates AS pebble would be insanity
They literally could’ve made it better by making your ability refresh when it’s panic mode instead of the elevator because it’s more useful in panic mode than it is in the elevator
ngl the toy kit is good for long cooldowns actives (like vee's or coal's) since they are able to be used at the end of the floor and not wait from 10 seconds to 40 to use it again on the next floor
but if you're using it with short cooldown skills im just gonna say one thing: ghost snakes in a can

Honestly I wish it wasn't AS debuffed as it was, like I can get making it less OP but they made it entirely USELESS. It's a limited time trinket it's only avaible for 29 days, which means that it should be at-least somewhat better then trinkets you can get all year around??... Does that make sense to any1 else?
my idea is that it should work like sweet charm while in the elevator, adding (at least) 15% faster cooldown speed

Uniconically i think this trinket is just a support version of vanity mirror, it only works in panic timer so for the rest of the floor you are down a trinket. This bug should really become a feature

I think the toy kit ability before being patched could be a gamepass only for rp mode so you don’t have to wait 20 seconds to do a toons ability in rp mode
