  • Greetings to the viewers and subscribers of the Constructor Stas channel. In today's video I'll show you how I'm learning to use my new jewelry tools - anks and punzels. Using this tool, from an ordinary 2-cent coin, a piece of wire, solder and varnish, I make a simple product - a button. I shape the coin into a hemisphere and solder a copper eyelet on the inside to attach the button. I do a gentle polishing and varnish to stop the oxidation process of the surface.
    Materials: 2 cent coin, 1.8 mm copper wire, silver solder, sulfur ointment, polishing paste, varnish.
    Processes shown in this video:
    ● annealing of the coin;
    ● giving the coin a hemispherical shape;
    ● making a button eye from wire;
    ● soldering the eye of a button;
    ● bleaching a button in an acid solution;
    ● applying patina with sulfur ointment;
    ● gentle polishing of the button;
    ● coating the button with varnish.
