I've known Doug for quite a long while. We worked out a Golds and spoke often. After I saw his interview on The White Underbelly I was really impressed. It inspired me to invite him the gym in El Segundo at the Space Force Base to check it out and since he had been in the Military he might be interested in seeing it. He had a great time and remembered with Honor serving in the Military. He looked like a Character from Call of Duty for god's sake. I cannot believe this has happened and just want his wife to know he was very well respected and a proud Veteran who signed up to fight for his Country. God Bless you MRS Douglas Frushey. We never met but I saw a big change in Douglas when you came into his life. Never saw him so happy.
    Love Troy

😢 I just saw this video now. I am deeply saddened. I have enjoyed his channel for years. I have rewatched his videos multiple times for his advice and I loved his honesty. My heart is broken 💔 for his wife and family. I never had the honor of meeting him, but such an incredible loss to all of us! He has touched so many lives in a positive way. Doug may you rest in peace..........

Can't thankyou enough Dan. I wondered why I woke up at an odd hour, then I saw this post. It does bring me some peace. It hurts, but he was living his dream. Douglas was loved and will be missed by many. I regret not telling Charles how much his mentorship and friendship meant to Douglas. Thankyou Dan.

Yeah, apparently he stopped abusing recreational drugs a long time ago though. Somehow he came back to it. Unfortunate situation since it didn't look like that would happen to him. With the steroids and recreational drugs, it's insane how many of these young men die.
